Overview
A digital survey records your plot exactly as it is: boundary pillars, levels, trees, drains and the road in front. Every drawing we make afterwards starts from these numbers, not from the deed map.
Pricing. ৳8,000 for plots up to 5 katha. Larger or irregular plots are quoted after a call.

Share the plot location and a copy of the deed or mutation.

A surveyor and assistant measure with a total station, usually in half a day.

We compare the measured area with the documents and flag any mismatch.
